Ballet Recital
Megan has been in a ballet class for the past several weeks, and last Saturday she had her recital. She danced to the song "Try."

Daddy Daughter Date!
Last Saturday Megan and I had a "Daddy Daughter date" and we went to the annual "Daddy Daughter Dance" up at the Country Club. We both got dressed up, I gave her a corsage, and we danced the night away. Megan also got to see her friend Haley who was also there with her Dad. It was something very different for both of us but we had a great time, and I'm sure we'll do it again.
Happy Birthday Ben!
Ben recently celebrated his 11th birthday (March 23rd to be exact.) Due to scheduling conflicts, planned trips, and sports activities we had to break up his birthday and his party into two different weekends. It was all good though in the end. Ben had a great birthday with his friends. On his actual birthday I picked him up from school and took him out to lunch. Then for his party we took his friends to the bowling alley for fun and games, and then afterward the boys all had a sleepover and watched a "THOR" marathon.
Disney Cruise 2015 - Day 7
On our last full day the ship stopped at Castaway Cay, which is Disney's own private island. It's basically a place where all the passengers can disembark and just spend a day relaxing on the beach and swimming. We soaked up lots of sunshine, and the kids and I went snorkeling out in the cove. Afterward Ben and I even went "para-sailing." It was probably our favorite day of the entire cruise.
