Halloween 2015

It was another great Halloween this year.  This year I was Frankenstein, Megan was a vampire, and Ben was a mad scientist.  Unfortunately we got hit with a lot of rain right when trick-or-treating started, so we didn't get as many kids this year as we normally get.  Also, our kids only trick-or-treated for about 30 minutes before they were completely drenched.  Still though it was a fun night.  We had our annual Halloween party and all the kids got to hang out here at the house and have fun.

The Lions

Megan played soccer again this fall and her team was called "The Lions."  She had a good season.  She ended up with 2 goals and she had a great assist on a corner kick she kicked half way through the season.  Turns out she has one of the strongest kicks on the team and she knows how to use it.  Overall the girls only won 2 games but they had fun.

Fall Into Fall

Well…what started out to be a lackluster fall turned out to be a long-lasting, enjoyable show.  After some windstorms early on the temperatures warmed up and the trees held their color for several weeks. Fall is always one of our favorite seasons and this year's show was great.
