To celebrate Megan's 5th birthday we took a drive to "Conny Land," which is a small amusement park just north of Zurich on the German border. It's an amusement park with an emphasis on rides for younger kids. The kids got to ride lots of bumper cars, go karts, and kiddie-rides. We also did a log ride, a "dino attack" ride, and a dull ride called "Star Trip" (which is a cheap knock off of "Star Tours" in Orlando.) The two highlights of the park are the "Dolphin Show," which is really entertaining, and "Voodoo Island," which is a pirate ship ride complete with a splash area. The kids had a good time today, but overall there's not much to the park here. It was nice to go to once, but we probably won't be rushing back anytime soon. But like I said...we had fun. It was a great way to celebrate Megan's 5th birthday.
