A funny side note. When touring the "Hohenschwangau Castle" some Asian tourists came up to Ben and took a picture with him. I could tell they were very excited to be in Germany and I think they just wanted to get pictures with people they thought were German, or looked German. Anyway, Ben thought it was really weird but he was a good sport about it. They just ran up to him and put their arms around him and started taking pictures. It was pretty funny. We laughed about it for the rest of the day.

The Byrds In Fussen, Germany
A few days after the Byrd family arrived we all drove north to Germany to see the castles around Fussen. In one day we toured the "Hohenschwangau Castle" and "Neuschwanstein Castle," and then later that night we all walked around the village center and had dinner in a traditional "Biergarten." Fussen is a small village in the German Alps, and it always reminds me of Colorado. The scenery is beautiful.
