Life At Random

I thought I'd catch up and post some of my "random" pictures I've accumulated over the past few months.  Looking at these I can see they date back to about August or early September.  One of Jenny's co-workers took the kids out on the lake for some "paddle-boarding," we paid a visit to the Zurich zoo in September, spent a Saturday afternoon in October picking out our pumpkins (or "Kurbis" as they are known here),  we had a "Thanksgiving dinner" up at the international school with all the American families, and Ben attended a "Market Day" at school where he sold "moustaches."  In late November I finished my German lessons.  I passed my final exam and received my certificate.   Lastly, we decorated our Christmas tree and had a special "early Christmas" for the kids.  Since we're flying to Texas next week for the holidays we decided to have a "mini-Christmas" before we go and give the kids some of their presents that were too big to take on the plane with us.

Anyway, we're staying busy over here and making the most of each day.  We're in the middle of December and we're busy with recitals, trumpet practices, homework, and Christmas parties.  You know,  I look at these kids and sometimes I wonder where has the time gone.  They're growing up so fast.  It's all I can do to keep up and keep my camera charged.
