This weekend is the annual "Balloon Festival" here in Midland. We took the kids to it last year and it was a lot of fun. The main portion of the festival is Saturday and Sunday, but tonight they closed off Main Street downtown and all the "balloon baskets" lit up the street. Ben thought they were pretty cool, but Megan didn't want any part of it. She said "I don't like the fire." Oh well...we're looking forward to the show on Saturday.
