If you're a college football fan...and specifically a Texas or Oklahoma fan...you already know what week it is. Yep...it's Texas/Oklahoma week. So in honor of the occasion (Saturday at noon eastern) I thought I'd share with you some Texas/OU humor.
* "Did you hear about the Sooner who won a gold medal at the Olympics? He liked it so much that he decided to get it bronzed."
* "A Sooner got a job at a sawmill. Just before lunch on his first day, he lost a finger. When asked how he lost it, he replied, 'I just touched this big spinning thing here like thi...OW! Damn! There goes another one!'"
* "How do you keep a Sooner busy? Write 'PLEASE TURN OVER' on both sides of a piece of paper."
* "Two Sooner football players were hootin’, hollerin’ and yee hawin’ when the bartender asked them why they were celebrating. The smart one said proudly that they had just finished a jigsaw puzzle and it only took two months. 'Two months!?' exclaimed the bartender. 'To complete a simple puzzle?' The Texan replied, 'Yeah, but the box said 4-6 years.'"
