The Strikers - Game 6

Yesterday was our last soccer game of the season. The game was a "coming out party" for several kids on the team. Two players walked away with their first goals of the season, and three others all almost had their first as well. It was just one of those days where everybody was playing on all cylinders. It was kind of warm and humid, so all the kids were getting hot pretty quickly. You'll notice in one of the pictures I had to douse Ben with water. He thought that was pretty funny. Anyway, the kids played another great game. We don't keep score or records, but of course the kids always know the stats. I think our record in the 6 games we played was 5 and 1. I think that's great. Sean and I were so proud of these boys. The team that played yesterday was so much more improved and better than the team that played in game 1. They did such a great job all season.
