"The Wild Wild West" - Day 13

On day 13 we began the day with a short hike around Sylvan Lake, which was right next to our cabin in the park. Then around lunchtime we drove over to Wind Cave National Park. The cave is kind of like Mammoth Cave in Kentucky, only much smaller. The kids got a kick out of hiking in the cave and exploring underground. Then later in the day we all met for dinner back at Custer State Park at the Blue Bell Lodge, which is a rustic "western themed" restaurant and lodge. My parents capped off the day with a few early "birthday presents" for Megan.
