"The Wild Wild West" - Day 16

We spent the morning driving through Wisconsin, and reached Chicago around lunchtime. Originally we had planned to fly through Chicago and get home as soon as possible, but then we thought "wouldn't it be fun to spend some time in the city." We love Chicago, so it was a no brainer. We stopped for some pizza at Gino's East, and then we walked a bit up and down Michigan Avenue. The kids got to go to the Disney Store, the American Girl store, and the Lego store. Then we eventually got back on the highway and continued on home. We got home around 11pm that night and spent the next day just unpacking and unwinding. After 2 weeks on the road it was good to be home.
