Lakes and Lighthouses - Day 3

Our last day was a travel day back home, but we did make another stop in Tawas and Tawas Point State Park. The park is on a small peninsula and there's tons to do there. We didn't have much time, but we did manage to walk around the Tawas Point Lighthouse. We also toured the park and the kids played at the playground.
Overall we had a great weekend and a fun adventure up north. The kids really had fun exploring the lighthouses and playing on the beaches. In fact, everything we did was new to all of us, not just the kids. So that was fun. Anyway, we're already getting ideas for more camping trips up north for the future. We always have a good time.
